Overview of the Platform/Resolutions Process

The Republican County Central Committees accepts proposed platform planks and resolutions during the County Precinct Caucuses. The Family Caregiver Platform Project had no reports of any submission to the Washington Republican Party. The Platform of the Washington Republican Party for 2016 [which has no mention of caregivers] may be viewed at:

Key dates for the Washington Republican Party

  • County Conventions were held March 12-April 9, 2016.
  • State Convention was held May 19-21, 2016 in Pasco.
